Scope of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made via Meny Makes, including:

• Physical Originals: One-of-a-kind hand-painted canvases.

• Prints: Made-to-order reproductions fulfilled via third-party partners (e.g., creativehub).

• Digital Downloads: Instant access files (wallpapers, assets).

• Custom Commissions: Personalized digital art (thumbnails, emotes) or physical paintings.

Copyright & Usage Rights

• Ownership: Meny Makes retains full copyright to all artwork, even after a sale.

• Personal Use: All physical art, prints, and digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the art for AI training or commercial branding without a separate licensing agreement.

• Creator Commissions: Video game fan art/thumbnails are licensed for use on the client’s specific social media platforms only. They may not be resold or used as standalone merchandise.

Fulfillment & Shipping

• Originals: Shipped by the Artist within 14 days, fully insured and tracked.

• Prints: Fulfilled by external lab partners. Shipping times are estimates; Meny Makes is not liable for carrier delays or customs fees incurred for international orders.

• Digital Goods: Delivered immediately via email. Links are valid for 24 hours. If a link expires before download, contact hello@menychan.com for a manual refresh.

Withdrawal & Returns (Widerrufsbelehrung)

• Original Artworks: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of insured return shipping.

• Custom/Made-to-Order: Pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom commissions (digital or physical) and made-to-order prints.

• Digital Downloads: By purchasing, you consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the download begins.

Payment & Pricing

• All prices are final. As a small business owner (Kleingewerbe), pursuant to § 19 UStG, VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is not charged or displayed.

• For commissions, work begins only after price confirmation and/or payment as agreed via DM or Email.

Limitation of Liability

Meny Makes is not liable for slight variations in color between your digital screen and the final physical product, nor for the specific performance (views/clicks) of commissioned YouTube thumbnails.
